Workstream Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workstream Lead to oversee and drive the successful execution of a designated workstream within the IRPD program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage activities within the assigned workstream, ensuring alignment with project goals
• Develop and maintain detailed workstream plans, timelines, and milestones while monitoring progress and implementing mitigation strategies
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, administrative management, or program support, preferably in a federal environment
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-impact tasks in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
• Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) - IRS
