Principal Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Portfolio Program Manager, remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Personalization Squad to define program vision and outcomes based on business strategy
• Oversee program plans and ensure alignment with organizational governance and objectives
• Manage stakeholder engagement and program review processes to ensure effective communication and decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in MBA, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field
• 15+ years of relevant work experience, including 7-10 years in retail program management
• 7-10 years of experience with agile development and deployment practices
• 5-7 years of experience in or engaged with MarTech
• Agile/Scrum certification; PMP certification preferred
