Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to support project management for a beauty/retail client on a 4-month remote contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and develop project plans, processes, and timelines
- Coordinate project timelines, track progress, and provide updates to stakeholders
- Draft communication documents and support change management strategies
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of project management and/or change management experience
- Knowledge of procurement systems (e.g., Zip, Ironclad, Coupa)
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
- Experience creating PowerPoint presentations, process documents, and SOPs
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and training design is a plus
