Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Lead/Site Visit Coordinator to support site visit services for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate scheduling of site visits, including travel arrangements and inspector assignments
- Support reviewer onboarding, credential verification, and maintenance of project staffing records
- Track deliverables, manage project documentation, and prepare weekly and monthly status reports
Required Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field (additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, logistics, or federal contract support; prior leadership experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and secure reporting systems
- Experience with secure document management systems and compliance with PHI/HIPAA requirements
- Must complete CMS/HRSA security and confidentiality training
