Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead and optimize the candidate review process for product and infrastructure pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end management of the candidate review process for product and infrastructure hiring pipelines
- Collaborate with recruiting, engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to define review criteria, workflows, and timelines
- Track and analyze key metrics related to candidate review throughput, quality, and outcomes; provide regular reports to leadership
Qualifications
- Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in a recruiting or technical hiring context
- Strong understanding of product and infrastructure engineering roles and hiring pipelines
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment
- BA/BS degree with 4+ years of coordination, recruiting, program management, or operations experience
- Strong data analysis and analytical skills
