Engineering Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Program Manager (EPM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end execution of engineering programs, ensuring timely delivery
• Work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define scope, milestones, and priorities
• Manage project timelines, resources, and potential bottlenecks

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in program/project management within BI, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or Software Engineering
• Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies
• Hands-on experience with SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Business Objects), query engines (Snowflake, Trino), and Python (preferred)
• Experience in hardware/software development, product lifecycle management, and version control is preferred
