Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program leadership to shape technical direction and manage customer relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of education
• Experience managing technology service delivery projects for at least 3 years
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate cross-functional teams
• Ability to develop detailed project plans and manage resources effectively
• Experience with project tracking tools, such as Jira, is preferred
