Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead Agile Release Trains and support the rollout of the Scaled Agile Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile Release Train (ART) activities and facilitate key ceremonies
• Guide the organization through SAFe transformation and coach teams on agile practices
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features and services

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management in software development
• 3+ years leading Agile Release Trains or large-scale agile programs in a SAFe environment
• SAFe RTE certification or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of agile frameworks and their practical application
• Experience with agile planning tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
