Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to oversee Agile program management and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspire and enable Agile pods to achieve technical vision and product goals
• Plan and coordinate Program Increments, managing inter pod dependencies
• Optimize workflow across multiple pods using Kanban boards and value stream thinking

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Agile program management experience, preferably in a cloud or SaaS environment
• Proven experience coordinating three or more concurrent Agile pods through multiple release cycles
• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and at least one scaled Agile approach
• Hands-on expertise with Jira (Advanced Roadmaps) and LinearB
• Agile certification such as CSM, SAFe POPM/RTE, or PMI ACP is highly desirable
