Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the transformation of its Revenue team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation program for the Revenue team, building a centralized backlog of initiatives
• Own the intake, scoping, and organization of new strategic initiatives
• Establish and maintain a centralized dashboard of all active and planned initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project/program management, strategic operations, or business transformation
• Strong experience creating centralized project tracking and backlog management systems
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Jira) and familiarity with Agile or hybrid methodologies
• Proven ability to manage scope, timelines, and resource allocation across a portfolio of initiatives
• A bias for action and a growth mindset with a knack for connecting strategy to execution
