Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager (Contract) to join the Xbox Cloud Gaming and Ecosystem Expansion team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to operationalize Xbox Play Anywhere campaigns
• Coordinate messaging, asset readiness, and launch timelines for key titles, tracking campaign performance and player engagement
• Drive cross-team coordination and contribute to planning and execution of next-gen initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, program management, or partner marketing, preferably in gaming, tech, or entertainment
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Familiarity with Xbox ecosystem, cloud gaming, or GTM planning
• Experience supporting RoB or executive-level reporting
