PMP Licensed Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager-Substation Design Execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the design and pre-construction of HV/MV electrical substations for large hyperscale data centers
• Facilitate design reviews and manage proposal reviews, contracts, and planning workshops
• Track project cost, schedule, progress, and scope while providing health reporting and supporting contract negotiations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education may be considered
• Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Professional licensure (PE) preferred; LEED AP preferred
• 5+ years of experience with substation delivery and/or mission critical facilities
• General knowledge of cross subject area teams including structural, civil, IT/Telecom, security, mechanical, and architectural
• Knowledge of Google Workspace, Autodesk, and Revit is helpful
