Portfolio Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Portfolio Manager to lead the VA T4NG Consolidated Corporate Support Services Program supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior delivery leader and trusted advisor to VA stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the VA's strategic roadmap
• Oversee execution of multiple product lines and concurrent projects, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
• Implement and sustain a portfolio-wide risk management process to proactively identify and mitigate risks

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred
• 10+ years of experience in program or portfolio management, with 5-7 years supporting federal programs
• 5+ years of Agile, PI planning, and governance experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
