Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Manager II responsible for overseeing project activities and resources to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiates, plans, executes, controls, and closes projects while assembling project teams and developing schedules
- Acts as the primary contact for clients during software implementation projects and manages interactions between internal departments and vendors
- Mentors the project management team and leads discussions on process improvements for large-scale projects
Required Qualifications
- B.A. or B.S. Degree with PMP and/or CSM certifications
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management; Master's Degree preferred
- Advanced skills in project management methodologies including PMBOK and SCRUM
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing complex teams and client relationships
- Proven track record in creating and implementing project management processes and methodologies
