Project Management Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Management Director responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion within an assigned geographic market or client account.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, training, and performance evaluations for staff
• Coordinate daily team activities, establish schedules, and mentor staff
• Direct all phases of project processes for small to medium-sized clients, ensuring compliance and financial performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience and education considered
• Preferred designations include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM
• Experience in staffing, training, development, and performance management
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational skills and advanced mathematical abilities
