Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Management Director responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion within an assigned geographic market or client account.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervision, training, and performance evaluations for staff
- Coordinate daily team activities, establish schedules, and mentor staff
- Direct all phases of project processes for small to medium-sized clients, ensuring compliance and financial performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience and education considered
- Preferred designations include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM
- Experience in staffing, training, development, and performance management
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational skills and advanced mathematical abilities
