A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead federal IT support contract operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and integrate efforts across various IT operations and contract compliance
- Supervise Help Desk Managers and oversee staffing and training plans
- Monitor KPIs and serve as the primary contact for the Contracting Officer's Representative
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience managing federal IT support contracts or large-scale helpdesk operations
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITSM frameworks
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or defense-related IT programs is preferred
