Project Intake Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Intake Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the intake of new work into the global business services platform, ensuring clear communication and scope definition
• Manage migration and integration projects from initiation to handover to delivery teams
• Analyze work migration/integration to improve intake processes and collaborate with operations partners

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in intake management, shared services operations, and project management
• Demonstrated experience with M&A integrations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and provide data-driven insights
• Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus
