Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process & Performance Support Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage network development plans to achieve growth objectives
• Analyze metrics and report on trends in provider reimbursement changes
• Manage cross-functional activities related to project and program implementations to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, IT, or a related field
• 5+ years of project implementation and/or program management experience in the healthcare industry
• 5+ years of project management and provider network management experience
• Value Based Program knowledge
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
