IT M&A Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT M&A Program Manager to plan and execute merger and acquisition programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute integration strategies in alignment with business goals
• Lead planning and execution of IT integration across multiple workstreams
• Act as the main liaison between IT and other units, managing communications and expectations

Required Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• PMP and/or PgMP certification preferred
• 10+ years of IT project and program management experience
• Experience with complex migrations and managing M&A programs with 10 or more projects
• Background in process architecture and analysis preferred
