Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business leaders to understand objectives and develop long-range workforce strategy plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement workforce strategies across the organization
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness and communicate with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience in program management
- Background in data analytics and insights, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Demonstrated experience leading high-impact, cross-functional programs or projects
- Expertise in partnering with leaders on strategy and change management communication
- Familiarity with people data and products is preferred, but not required
