Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Program Manager, Workforce Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business leaders to understand objectives and develop long-range workforce strategy plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement workforce strategies across the organization
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness and communicate with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience in program management
• Background in data analytics and insights, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Demonstrated experience leading high-impact, cross-functional programs or projects
• Expertise in partnering with leaders on strategy and change management communication
• Familiarity with people data and products is preferred, but not required
