Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Integrity Audit Analyst II.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct performance audits of Medicaid Managed Care Plans to identify fraud, waste, and abuse
- Design and implement audit strategies and document findings with recommendations for compliance improvements
- Mentor new Program Integrity staff and ensure audit tasks are completed in accordance with guidelines
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent; preference for candidates with relevant college or technical degrees
- Priority consideration for candidates with Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Certifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in performance or compliance audits, preferably involving state Medicaid programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required
- Knowledge of statistics and data analysis techniques is preferred
