Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Program Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track grants, including evaluation and monitoring of outcomes
• Develop work plans in collaboration with the leadership team and participate in team meetings
• Organize and participate in convenings and events with partners and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Experience in climate adaptation and resilience, and knowledge of nonprofit management
• Familiarity with grants management or CRM software
• Experience working with government agencies at various levels
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling narratives and manage communications
• Strong project management experience in a collaborative environment
