Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engagement Manager to manage successful customer engagements as part of the Professional Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Statements of Work (SOW) outlining project goals, scope, and deliverables
- Create detailed project plans, track risks and issues, and manage financial deliverables
- Communicate project milestones and manage resources effectively to ensure timely project completion
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing program/project leadership roles
- 2+ years of experience in workload or business process automation engagements
- ERP experience, particularly with SAP
- Project management certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
