Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing contact center agents providing Tiers 1, 2, and 3 support
- Monitor program activities to ensure key performance metrics are met
- Identify areas for improvement in contact center operations
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience managing contact centers
- BA/BS preferred
- Previous experience improving overall customer satisfaction
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience supporting Veterans Affairs (VA) is preferred
