Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Enterprise 5G partner enablement team to define partner requirements
• Define the Specialization program, including requirements, benefits, and performance indicators
• Engage with internal stakeholders to align teams on partner program goals and track partner performance

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in partner program development or complex program management
• Experience designing partner programs for various partner types such as carriers and resellers
• Understanding of a global two-tier distribution model
• Proven track record in planning and executing business strategies
