Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to customers and generate referrals and revenue from leads
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned programs and collaborate with teams for successful referral conversions
- Address customer service issues and provide excellent customer support
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree or 2 to 5 years of related experience and/or training
- Federal government clearance may be required for handling sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software and navigating web browsers
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be able to manage moderate to significant mental stress due to workload
