Key Responsibilities
- Track and coordinate projects to ensure activities align with specified objectives
- Act as a liaison between departments and project management software or key project personnel
- Coordinate various projects as assigned and assist in ensuring compliance with departmental policies
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience
- 3+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple individuals simultaneously
- Project coordination and healthcare experience preferred
- Vendor management experience preferred
- Critical thinking skills preferred
