Key Responsibilities

• Map multi-matrix requirements to product development plans and schedules
• Drive software development, maintain product requirements, design, and roadmaps
• Manage release processes across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery of product enhancements

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in a high-tech industry
• Proficiency in software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, CI/CD) and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Experience in leading complex software releases in a matrix organization
• Strong technical background in system software, operating systems, drivers, or embedded systems is a plus
