Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Partner Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Enterprise 5G partner enablement team to define partner requirements
• Define and manage the Specialization program, including requirements and key performance indicators
• Engage with internal stakeholders to align on partner program goals and track performance

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in partner program development or complex program management
• Experience designing partner programs for various partner types, including Carriers and Resellers
• Understanding of a global two-tier distribution model
• Proven ability to plan and execute business strategies
• Experience with data analysis to optimize processes and engagement
