Key Responsibilities
- Develop and streamline organizational systems to support daily operations and special projects
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and triage incoming communications for the Managing Director
- Plan, execute, and oversee special projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of executive-level administrative experience supporting high-profile individuals or political leaders
- Demonstrated commitment to equity and justice, with a background in politics or advocacy preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of effective planning and prioritization
- Proficiency in remote technology, including Google Suite and project management systems
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a remote environment
