Senior Integration Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Integration to oversee and manage the integration of acquired partner firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Integration Playbook workstreams for newly-acquired partner firms
• Coordinate cross-functional integration processes while ensuring compliance and operational excellence
• Build relationships and communicate project status with stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and high partner firm satisfaction

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, project management, or post-merger integrations
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire cross-functional teams
• Experience with project management software is strongly preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
