Senior Enablement Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Enablement Program Manager, PMO Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and operationalize the Enablement PMO, defining processes and governance frameworks
• Manage the intake and prioritization of enablement initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Define KPIs for enablement programs and provide insights for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of program/project management experience in relevant fields
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Skilled in creating frameworks and reporting mechanisms for visibility and accountability
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company is a plus
