Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Director by managing scheduling, prioritization, coordination, and preparation for executive meetings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare content for presentations
- Develop and execute a Training and Development plan for the leader's direct reports and manage budget tracking processes
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in program management or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in budget management and financial tracking
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
