A company is looking for a Medical Program Manager for a 17-month maternity leave coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of medical content initiatives to support strategic business goals
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and manage project intake and prioritization
• Maintain project oversight using task management tools, tracking progress, and enhancing operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in program or project management, preferably in medical education or healthcare
• Proven success in leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills for managing multiple projects
• Familiarity with clinical or technical content development; a background in health or science is an asset
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Airtable
