Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager, Capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify gaps and challenges in capacity allocation across multiple internal customer teams
• Define strategies to increase efficiency and utilization of resources to minimize capacity waste
• Create effective communication channels for program status, risks, and opportunities

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and/or technical program management
• Prior experience with infrastructure resource allocation and management
• Experience leading programs across multiple teams and engineers
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools
