Program Manager Satellite Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, SSP.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the operational relationship with Satellite Service Provider Partners
• Oversee the overall schedule ensuring site completeness and test readiness for service launch
• Create dashboards and reporting tools for project transparency and visibility

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Customer Success, or related roles
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at senior management/executive levels
• Experience with program management tools and technologies, including JIRA
• Strong leadership skills with a history of managing high-performing teams
• Prior working experience for/with a Satellite Service Provider is desirable
