Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Principal Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large multi-year strategic programs focused on Athlete Experience, overseeing all aspects of program management
• Provide strategic thought leadership and implement best practices for cross-functional initiatives
• Manage stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in MBA, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field
• 15+ years of relevant work experience, including 7-10 years in retail program management
• 7-10 years of experience with agile development practices and tools
• 5-7 years of experience in MarTech
• Agile/Scrum certification; PMP and OCM/CCMP certifications preferred but not required
