Key Responsibilities
- Lead priority programs across End-to-End Supply Chain and Digital Transformation
- Enable outcome-based planning and embed prioritization into PMO workflows
- Collaborate with teams to develop frameworks, templates, and dashboards for monitoring project health and delivery
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of project/program management experience in a supply chain or transformation environment
- Strong operational mindset with experience executing complex cross-functional initiatives
- Familiarity with agile, waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
- Ability to simplify complexity and design processes for stakeholder alignment
- Experience with digital tools like Smartsheet and Jira for tracking and reporting
