Key Responsibilities

• Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and optimal utilization to align with business goals
• Champion project portfolio management tools and develop performance dashboards for tracking project milestones
• Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives and define priorities across projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or related field
• 7+ years of project management experience required
• 3-5 years of resource management or portfolio management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of healthcare payer and related operations preferred
• Experience with PPM tools, dashboard development, and reporting
