PMO Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PMO Operations Manager - Managed Network Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement strategies and best practices for project management and customer relationships
• Continuously monitor project teams to ensure compliance with operational guidelines and customer requirements
• Manage program budgets and oversee financial performance of projects within the portfolio

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager role
• Proficient in network fundamentals and experienced in managed service environments
• Formal Project Management training (CPM or PMP) preferred
• Experience in business leadership and HR practices
