Job Summary
A company is looking for a FLEX Director, Implementation, Business Transformation Office, US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute deployment plans for Digital and Technical Transformation in U.S. and Canada hotels
- Lead and manage a team of Implementation Managers to support hotels through the transformation process
- Collaborate with various teams and external partners to address complex property issues and ensure effective communication during deployment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in hotel operations and/or program management required
- 8+ years of experience leading large teams preferred
- 2+ years of program/project management experience in hotel-related disciplines
- Prior experience with Digital and Technology Transformation preferred
- Proven success in managing complex, multifunctional initiatives and driving major change in organizations
