Director of Implementation, U.S. & Canada

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Director, Implementation, Business Transformation Office, US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute deployment plans for Digital and Technical Transformation in U.S. and Canada hotels
• Lead and manage a team of Implementation Managers to support hotels through the transformation process
• Collaborate with various teams and external partners to address complex property issues and ensure effective communication during deployment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in hotel operations and/or program management required
• 8+ years of experience leading large teams preferred
• 2+ years of program/project management experience in hotel-related disciplines
• Prior experience with Digital and Technology Transformation preferred
• Proven success in managing complex, multifunctional initiatives and driving major change in organizations
