Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction/Program Assistant to support various projects within the Navajo Nation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the construction management team, including scheduling and documenting meetings
  • Assist in tracking project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders
  • Coordinate project documentation and maintain organized records of construction documents and contracts
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically 3+ years of related work experience in administrative support, preferably in construction or project management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with construction management software is a plus
  • Knowledge of construction processes and terminology is preferred
  • Experience working with Native American communities or in culturally sensitive environments is highly desirable
