Job Summary
A company is looking for a Construction/Program Assistant to support various projects within the Navajo Nation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the construction management team, including scheduling and documenting meetings
- Assist in tracking project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate project documentation and maintain organized records of construction documents and contracts
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent work experience
- Typically 3+ years of related work experience in administrative support, preferably in construction or project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with construction management software is a plus
- Knowledge of construction processes and terminology is preferred
- Experience working with Native American communities or in culturally sensitive environments is highly desirable
