Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager II to oversee projects involving cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HEDIS projects through the full project life cycle, including gathering requirements and facilitating project execution
• Lead weekly meetings to discuss project status, risks, and action items with each market
• Maintain detailed business process documentation and communicate program status to management and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Health care experience preferred
• Experience in Quality Improvement and HEDIS Program/Project Management highly preferred
• Proficient with MS Office suite preferred
