Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead an initiative supporting the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Military Community and Family Policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full lifecycle leadership across all MODES III activities, including stakeholder engagement and digital strategy
- Oversee a multidisciplinary contractor team, ensuring alignment with strategic vision and performance metrics
- Manage execution of Agile development and IT sustainment across user-centered digital platforms
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance required
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
- Current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional certification
- Experience overseeing a contract close to $200M USD and managing 75+ full-time employees
- A minimum of seven years of experience managing military community support programs
