Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Project Manager to support project management teams for infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of project management including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk
- Prepare and process documentation for proposals and invoices, ensuring proper authorization and scheduling
- Build strong client relationships to ensure project delivery meets expectations and identify opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/Bang/BArch) or equivalent related experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction project management support role preferred
- Experience with accounts payable/accounts receivable, data processing, and vendor management is highly preferred
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
