Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Connectivity Technical Project Manager to oversee product integration projects and ensure alignment across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and own all product integration projects, coordinating between internal and external teams
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting and provide ongoing technical support related to product integrations
• Write technical notes and procedures, serving as a knowledge expert for operations teams and business partners

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role
• At least 1 year of experience in project management or leading company processes
• Strong understanding of information systems and web debugging tools
• Hands-on experience with tools and protocols such as HTTP, JSON, and Postman
• Experience with system log analysis using Kibana or Splunk
