Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Program/Project Manager - Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the execution and implementation of government contracts for healthcare clients, ensuring timely delivery of client deliverables
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables, providing actionable insights to leadership or clients based on data trends and performance metrics
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with contract requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Public Health, or related field with 12-15 years of experience; or a Master's degree with 10-13 years of experience
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a government or healthcare setting
• Proven ability to develop project plans, track deliverables, and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong working knowledge of project management tools and reporting dashboards
• Experience ensuring contract compliance and navigating regulatory or government reporting requirements
