Release Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Release Manager to support the creation of a Release Management Program and ensure the timely execution of releases across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and align release activities with governance policies
• Implement and manage a centralized release calendar using the ServiceNow DPR toolset
• Facilitate release dependency management and provide training on standardized processes

Required Qualifications

• US Citizenship and willingness to undergo a background check
• 7+ years of experience in Release Management, Change Management, or Program Coordination
• Strong knowledge of ITIL Release & Deployment Management best practices
• Experience managing multiple concurrent releases across distributed teams
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Digital Product Release or equivalent platforms
