Key Responsibilities

• Interface with clients on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery
• Drive program/project schedules and status reports
• Create and/or review multiple functional specifications for product or service implementation

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience with Data Analysis, CRM Data, Sales Pipeline, Motion Cycle, and Azure
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with CSAM triage management
• Ability to translate technical and business needs cross-collaboratively
• Experience presenting capacity summaries and addressing regional issues
