Key Responsibilities
- Manage internal business projects and programs, ensuring delivery from design to completion
- Plan and direct project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress from inception to delivery
- Lead process improvement initiatives and collaborate with operational leaders to enhance business operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of Program and/or Project management experience
- Operational Process Improvement experience
- Healthcare experience
- Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio
