Key Responsibilities

• Manage internal business projects and programs, ensuring delivery from design to completion
• Plan and direct project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress from inception to delivery
• Lead process improvement initiatives and collaborate with operational leaders to enhance business operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of Program and/or Project management experience
• Operational Process Improvement experience
• Healthcare experience
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio
